Regarding online purchase, I'm wondering if the custom of recipients' countries will use X-ray to scan in-coming packets (although it's very time-conuming and costly process) as to minimise the expansion of terrorism!
Some are products selling ideology, eg T-shirt having pro-terrorism message, so it is quite difficult to have this kind of "political monitoring" lest we are willing to entrust our government in doing so on the expense of our own freedom...
